Our Pulled Pork with Vinegar Sauce is another variation of the classic Eastern NC-style BBQ! Instead of using the traditional whole hog, we choose to use only select Boston Butts, the upper half of a pork shoulder, to produce our Barbecue products. The Boston Butts are barbecued until they are golden brown, tender and falling apart. Our expert processors then prepare these premium shoulders by hand blending and hand packing in the critical hot phase to ensure that this barbecue will have the "Pig Pickin" look. Please note that this item is packed in a 5 pound tub, and will arrive frozen. The shipping weight will be 8 pounds, which includes packaging and dry ice.
