Product Overview

Our Pulled Pork with Vinegar Sauce is another variation of the classic Eastern NC-style BBQ! Instead of using the traditional whole hog, we choose to use only select Boston Butts, the upper half of a pork shoulder, to produce our Barbecue products. The Boston Butts are barbecued until they are golden brown, tender and falling apart. Our expert processors then prepare these premium shoulders by hand blending and hand packing in the critical hot phase to ensure that this barbecue will have the "Pig Pickin" look. This item is packed in a 5 pound tub, and will arrive frozen.


If you choose to ship the product via UPS, there will be a handling charge of $8 to cover the cost of a cooler, packaging and dry ice. The shipping weight of 8 pounds includes packaging and dry ice. If local pickup is selected, there is no handling charge!

    The beginning of a terrific East Carolina BBQ.

    We sold our deli business several years ago. We used to use this product dried with our homemade MOP. It was a very good seller for us. Since the new owner dropped the BBQ from their menu, I have tried slow cooking my own pulled pork, I have tried several other commercially available products but nothing compares with Chandler's Pulled Pork in Vinegar Sauce.

    I have bought Chandler pulled pork (Eastern Carolina style) cooked BBQ before. It not just good, it is better than most restaurant that are hit and miss, not Chandler it is a hit every time. great job.

    Served this Bar-B-Que on July 4th to friends and family. It was a hit. The Eastern style Bar-B-Que is the best. Going forward this will be a staple at all the family functions.
