All orders will be shipped weekly on Tuesdays at noon via UPS. If you need your product to arrive sooner, please indicate in the comment section when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please review the map below prior to choosing your shipping option. You must choose to ship 2nd day air at a minimum if your destination is outside of the yellow and brown areas. Locations in the yellow and brown sections of the map may be delivered via UPS Ground within 2 days at a reduced rate.
Orders shipped via UPS will carry an $8 handling fee to cover the cost of a cooler, packaging materials, and dry ice. There is no handling fee for local pickup.
We offer free local pickup at our office! By default, all orders placed on our website designated for local pickup will be ready by 10:00am on the next business day. If you would like to specify a pickup time and date, please do so in the comment section of the check-out process prior to placing the order. You may also call us at (800) 537-6219.
For a Return Authorization, you must call us within thirty days of purchase for refund authorization. Products ordered online will be accepted for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, for any of the following reasons:
The item is defective.
The item received is not the item ordered.
The item differs in specifications from the item displayed in our Internet Store.
Products returned must be received by us within twenty days of our issuing the Return Authorization and may incur a 25% restocking fee.
All discounted sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges on all orders shipped. We cannot honor returns of products that have been used, misused or otherwise damaged. We cannot extend a refund or replacements to orders shipped to post office boxes or incorrect addresses. Our products are perishable, so please check address carefully.

Our Internet Store is designed with security in mind. By law, if a purchase is charged to your credit card account, your bank cannot hold you liable for any amount over $50 on a fraudulent order if you follow their reporting guidelines.
If you suspect fraud with an order placed in our Internet Store and you notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting procedures, we will refund the amount (up to the $50 limit) that you cannot recover from your credit card provider.
