Product Overview
Our Chopped Pork with Vinegar Sauce is classic Eastern NC-style BBQ! Instead of using the traditional whole hog, we choose to use only select Boston Butts, the upper half of a pork shoulder, to produce our Barbecue products. The Boston Butts are barbecued until they are golden brown, tender and falling apart. We remove the bone and excess fat by hand, and then coarsely chop this premium barbecue. This item is packed in a 5 pound tub, and will arrive frozen.
If you choose to ship the product via UPS, there will be a handling charge of $8 to cover the cost of a cooler, packaging and dry ice. The shipping weight of 8 pounds includes packaging and dry ice. If local pick up is selected, there is no handling charge!

I've been buying this bbq for several years; it doesn't get any better. I actually get the tomato based kind too, and my wife mixes the 2 of them.

5 Best BBQ ever
Posted by Dianne Goude on 23rd Dec 2016
Being a part of a disaster relief team, we fixed meals after Hurricane Matthew for the Red Cross here in South Carolina. One of the meals we prepared was BBQ. The meals were prepared and put in cambros ( like a hot/or cold cooler) which the Red Cross picked up to take to people that were without power or displaced from the storm. We were then fed with probably the best North Carolina BBQ served in the south. At the time I did not know that this BBQ was from Greensboro, which is just a short way from my home town of Durham. I was raised up on BBQ cooked under the tobacco barn shed and I have to admit that your BBQ tasted as good as or better than what I grew up eating. Brought back many childhood memories. Merry Christmas from a North Carolina girl living in the South.

My family loves this and go through a 5 lb container in a few days. Only wish the shipping charges weren't almost as much as the BBQ.
