Product Overview

Our Pulled Pork with Mild Sauce is a Lexington-style BBQ! This product is most common in Western NC, VA and TN. We choose to use only select Boston Butts, the upper half of a pork shoulder, to produce our Barbecue products. The Boston Butts are barbecued until they are golden brown, tender and falling apart. Our expert processors then prepare these premium shoulders by hand blending and hand packing in the critical hot phase to ensure that this barbecue will have the "Pig Pickin" look. This item is packed in a 5 pound tub, and will arrive frozen.

 

If you choose to ship the product via UPS, there will be a handling charge of $8 to cover the cost of a cooler, packaging and dry ice. The shipping weight of 8 pounds per item includes packaging and dry ice. If local pick up is selected, there is no handling charge!

    Fresh, perfectly seasoned excellent flavor

    We ordered 30 lbs of BBQ for pick-up for my mother's 90th birthday party (Friends and Family). The Pulled Pork BBQ with Mild Sauce was the center of the lunch and a huge hit with everyone! I simply thawed the pork for two days under refrigeration, placed the 5lb tub of BBQ in a 2" deep 1/2 foil pan, and heated it in the oven for an hour at 375F. It was perfect! Thanks for making this easy, Chandler! This is our second event in recent years, and when managing the food business, we always ordered Chandlers BBQ. Chandlers has never let me down!

    Excellent PULLED PORK BARBECUE WITH MILD SAUCE

    The pulled Pork BBQ was amazing! we purchased 25lbs to serve 50 people and had 5lb's left over. I did the pick-up from the Greensboro plant. The website was a challenging, the option to pick-up is a hard click to locate, the office was unable to help. After several attempts we it figured out. My advice is keep trying to place an order, the pulled pork is worth the challenge.
