Product Overview
Our Chopped Pork with Mild Sauce is a Lexington-style BBQ! This product is most common in Western NC, VA and TN. We choose to use only select Boston Butts, the upper half of a pork shoulder, to produce our Barbecue products. The Boston Butts are barbecued until they are golden brown, tender and falling apart. We remove the bone and excess fat by hand, and then coarsely chop this premium barbecue. This item is packed in a 5 pound tub, and will arrive frozen.
If you choose to ship the product via UPS, there will be a handling charge of $8 to cover the cost of a cooler, packaging and dry ice. The shipping weight of 8 pounds per item includes packaging and dry ice. If local pick up is selected, there is no handling charge!

I've been ordering bbq for many years usually 10lbs at a time. There ain't nothing like it here in Colorado. I will continue to do so for the as long as I live. Pushing 83 y/o

Very good; but, not quite spicy enough for us; so, we added some red pepper to kick it up. We've been ordering from Chandlers for several years & always satisfied with the products.

It doesn't get much better than this; I've been buying it for years. We buy this and the vinegar based bbq and then mix the 2 together.

We have been travelling 95 north for many years and must stop at the Exxon across the street from Kings Dominion every time just to get the amazing barbeque sandwich with coleslaw. I asked and they told me it was Chandlers. Only barbeque I eat now!!!!!
